Description
The practice of acupuncture has been an important part of Chinese medicine system for thousands of years in various Asian countries. Here in the United States President Nixon introduced acupuncture in 1971 after his visit to China. Europe had been exposed to acupuncture almost a century before the US. This introductory course will cover primary energy meridians or channels and the principles behind this ancient practice. We will learn how to locate some major energy points on our own bodies to do self-healing practices at home or anywhere.
