On  February 28, 1986, Olof Palme, Prime Minister of Sweden, was shot in the back as he walked home from the cinema with his wife. It would be 34 years before Sweden’s Chief Prosecutor would declare the case closed after finding, whom they believe, is the man responsible.  The case obsessed a generation of Swedes and had important consequences, not least of which were the slew of investigations and conspiracy theories that swirled as the State failed to provide an answer.
