Here in San Diego, people love tacos. There’s even a day of the week dedicated to it! For one week we’re changing that day to Wednesday, as we learn some new and delicious fillings. We’ll learn how to make and enjoy samples of chorizo & potato as well as chard & mushroom, and even make an easy tomatillo salsa to top them off.
