Description
Whether you are a beginner or a regular, whether you like to sit or stand, this is the class for you. Slightly slower tempo than our regular class, but just as much fun. Just bring your smiles and your singalong voice to groove with the songs you grew up with.
As we know, being late to a class can be disruptive for everyone in attendance. As such, members who are more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to participate in that class. Moreover, due to limited space and equipment, members are not allowed to hold spots for those not in attendance so that the class can be enjoyable for everyone.
