Description
What are Blue Zones? They’re geographic regions where people live longer, healthier lives than average– often past 100 years of age with few (if any!) medical issues and remarkably little cognitive decline. It has been postulated that some of the foods from these regions may play a role in this type of longevity with vitality.
In this cooking class, you will learn to eat like a Sardinian as Sonya shows you how to make S’Aranzada (or arantzada). Translated to “the orangeade”, this is a traditional sweet from Sardinia–typical of the Province of Nuoro– very fine with an elegant appearance and delicate taste. Oranges are the protagonists together with honey and almonds.
