Description

Aerobic exercise is physical exercise of low to high intensity, which we accomplish in this class with lots of low-impact movements such as: walking forward/back, grapevines, step-crosses, knees high, lunge backs, etc. We mix in “interval” to S-L-O-W down with band work, weights, sitting abs. We also use (periodically) STEP as a platform to help our cardio and variation. We have FUN with upbeat variation of music! Come join.
