Archaeology is a fascinating discipline. However, its interaction with the Bible has not always been easy. Sometimes archaeology supports historical claims of the Bible, but at other times the results of archaeology contradict the Bible. In this class we will briefly examine archaeological methodology and then look at examples of the intersection of archaeology and the Bible.
