Learn the basics of crochet: the stitches you need to know, how to keep your work even and how to read a pattern. You will leave with a cute coaster and a pattern to make more. The instructor will help you pick your next project, based on your newly acquired skills
MEMBERS NEED TO BRING THE FOLLOWING TO CLASS: #4 worsted weight acrylic yarn (no cotton) and an H (5.00mm) crochet hook. You can also bring an G or I hook if you have one, but avoid anything smaller than a G for learning. These supplies are available at craft stores like Michael’s, Joann’s, or Hobby Lobby.
You can wait until the first class to try out hooks and yarn before buying.
