Description

Our guest for this live Living to 100 Club Podcast is Dr. Mike Howard, a psychologist and one of the leading authorities on aging and longevity. During the conversation, we will discuss some of the central elements for a successful aging journey. These include stress management, resilience, and happiness. We explore how each is related to our longevity and well-being. How can we prevent stress and anxiety? Can we become more resilient or is it something we are born with? And what factors has science taught us that contribute to happiness and well-being? This will be a meeting between Dr. Howard (appearing online) and the host, Dr. Joe Casciani (appearing live at Oasis). Be sure to register and attend this innovative, live event.
