Cardio drumming takes a simple movement – drumming – and turns it into a full-body workout that will leave you smiling and feeling great.
Miriam has been involved in the fitness world for many years and first started teaching classes as a Yoga instructor later branching off to Cardio Dance and fitness classes alike. She has a real passion for what she does and absolutely loves bringing people together in her classes! In her classes, students can expect to be guided through creative and soulful sequences that blend together mindful movement that is powerful, fluid and fun. Her classes are supportive for all levels of experience, focusing on the functional approach to alignment while linking breath to movement. Mariam currently lives in San Diego while pursuing her Masters in Fine Arts degree with a concentration in Creative Writing & specializing in poetry.
