Turn cookies into a work of art with step-by-step instructions on how to decorate with Royal Icing. You will receive 3 freshly baked, cut out sugar cookies and 3 icing colors to work with while Liz walks you through different techniques to create “I scream for Ice Cream” themed cookies. Participants keep all their cookies, icing and an additional cookie to practice at home.
