Now more than ever, in this time of Covid and other difficulties, we need strategies on how to focus on the good things in our lives. Life is less about what happens to us, and more about how we choose to respond. Cultivating an attitude of gratitude helps us sharpen our senses to both the large and small positive things that come our way or that we create on a daily basis. In this interactive class, we will share “sightings” of good things that have happened to us, begin keeping a Book of Blessings, create a personal Gratitude collage, feel supported by songs with positive outlooks, and explore the idea of Random Acts of Kindness. In looking for both blessings and kindnesses, we will begin to create a mindset that will help us appreciate all that we have to be thankful for.
