Description

The unprecedented level of uncertainty in the world today calls for a transformation of the mind and increased mental resilience – the ability to deal with unpredictability and change. This experiential workshop provides tools for sustained mental health through increasing awareness of the integrated nature of reality and the latest cognitive science research. Based on a prevention-oriented paradigm of integral health, the workshop will introduce educational, experiential, and behavioural components to help participants develop the mind and establish themselves as community leaders during this challenging time. The program is designed to improve critical thinking, creativity, and collaboration, while exploring current and future challenges in the context of the integral paradigm.
