Description
A brash young architect named Frank Lloyd Wright designed an avant-garde style of a private residence in 1893 that took the world of architecture by storm. It was called Winslow House and was part of the emergent Prairie School of architecture that attempted to develop an authentic architecture that was separate from the classical European designs. Wright went on to revolutionize the entire field of architecture. Prof. Stephen Siek will take us on a virtual tour of Wright’s early homes in and around Chicago.
