This past year has shown us more stressors than we ever reasonably thought we could manage. It might have felt like managing tidal wave after tidal wave of stress. So, how do we get better at navigating the waves? We learn to ride them. This class will teach us about managing our stress by building resiliency. Resiliency is defined as the process of adapting to adversity, trauma, tragedy and stressors including; relationship issues, job changes, health concerns, etc. Adapting includes sprucing up our self-care, connecting with others, practicing self-compassion and more.
