Description
Knitting for the Novice focuses on mastering the interaction between yarn and needles to create a cohesive fabric out of interlocking loops. What you will learn: Casting On-the essential process of creating the initial foundation loops directly onto the needle, Knit and Purl Stitch-The primary stitch building blocks, Binding Off-the final step used to secure open loops so that the piece can safely leave the needles.
Students will need to bring the following supplies:

Yarn – worsted weigh or bulky in a light to medium color

Knitting Needles – two sets that are the size for the yarn that you choose
