Description
While Mah Jongg has been around for centuries in China, American Mah Jongg started in the 1920s. This version of the game uses a card that defines what line you are playing. Intended for beginners and intermediate players, the session will be a fun, one-time get together to play and meet new players.
Participants will be responsible for purchasing their own card. Cards are available from the National Mah Jongg League or Amazon.com. Cards change yearly and cannot be duplicated. Oasis will provide sets for everyone to use.
Instructor Terri Adams has been an avid Mah Jongg player for over 50 years.
