The class begins with dynamic stretches and warm-up and continues with various kinds of exercises with or without equipment to elevate your heart rate and keep it elevated throughout the class. The focus is on the most important muscle in our bodies: Our heart! Everyone goes at their own pace to maintain the intensity best suited for them. The class ends with cool down static stretches.
