Facilitated by a licensed art therapist, this gentle class uses simple drawing patterns and guided doodling to help quiet the mind and ease everyday stress. By focusing on breath, rhythm, and flowing lines, participants are invited into a calming creative process that supports relaxation. No artistic experience is needed—just a willingness to slow down and draw.
Members need to bring the following to class: 9X12 watercolor/mixed media paper pad or 3 separate sheets
