Do you want to get moving, but don’t know where to start? We are excited to offer one-on-one personal trainings sessions with Elinor Smith. Personal training sessions can support your current fitness program or be your new program, changing as you and your needs grow. All levels of fitness are welcome, including those who seek greater challenge, those using walkers or canes and those recovering from illness, injury or surgery. These sessions can help with your personal goals or could become a bridge to join a group fitness class.
