Description
Experiment with acrylic Paints. Have fun practicing different elements of paintings such as clouds, water, reflections and foliage.
MEMBERS WILL NEED TO BRING THE FOLLOWING:
1. Assortment of acrylic paints. Bring what you already have if you have paint and be sure to include the basic colors: Red, Blue, Yellow, White, Black.
If buying paint get specifically: Titanium white, Black, Cadmium Red Medium, Magenta or Quinacridone Crimson, Cadmium Yellow, Ultramarine blue AND Thalo Blue or Primary Blue.
2. Glazing medium, any kind that you already have or if needed to buy some get “matte” glazing medium.
3. Thin, soft vine charcoal.
4. A 1”, 2”, or 3″ chip brush (inexpensive regular paint brush), AND assorted multimedia acrylic/oil/watercolor brushes.
5. Masking tape.
6. 16 x 20 canvas, or preferred size canvas.
7. A 9 x 12 multimedia paper pad or preferred size pad of multimedia paper
8. Flat paper palette or paper plates
9. Water container
10. Paper towels
