Description
Class begins with 10 minutes of stretching to loosen up muscles and prepare your body for movement. The next 15 minutes focus on cardiovascular fitness, incorporating full-body exercises that engage legs and arms simultaneously, with options to modify by focusing on either the legs or arms. We then spend 5 minutes improving hand-eye coordination and reaction time, followed by 10 minutes of core and abdominal strengthening exercises using resistance bands. For the next 15 minutes, we incorporate weight lifting to build strength, similar to the Bone-Building Fitness class. Class ends with 5 minutes of cooldown stretches and brain-stimulating exercises to enhance coordination and mental focus.
