Stay active and independent with this workout! Get stronger with dumbbells, bands and body weight exercises, improve balance with standing/core movements and increase range of motion with gentle stretches. All levels welcome.

Kathy is a group fitness instructor, certified personal trainer and yoga instructor with a passion to guide and inspire others to improve their health in both body and mind.  She is dedicated to creating positive energy in an inclusive, welcoming class environment. Her philosophy is “When one teaches, two learn.”

Kathy is certified in personal training through the American Council on Exercise, and received her 200-hour yoga certification from YogaFit Training systems.  She has taught fitness since 2005 in gym, corporate and senior living community settings.  When not in the gym, she can be found enjoying the outdoors (especially hiking), gardening, traveling, and connecting with family and friends.
