Description

Come relax and enjoy a 9-week beginning T’ai Chi Chih class with 19 movements and one pose. This is a meditative, slow movement class – not a martial art. During each of the nine weeks we progress through the movements until at week 9 you have learned all 19 movements. Previous students have said that some of the benefits they have experienced include better balance, feeling more relaxed, calm and peaceful after each class. You do not need special clothing, shoes or props of any kind and you can practice T’ai Chi Chih anywhere.
