Description
Not far from Rancho Bernardo, a golf course obscures one of the oldest archaeological sites in Southern California. Known as the C. W. Harris Site, archaeologists have uncovered more than 10,000 years of human history. Archaeologist and historian Richard Carrico will take the class deep into ancient tomes to explore our First People, their culture, and their technologies. A special feature of the class will be hands on experience with ancient stone tools.
