Description

Clutter is rarely just a tidiness problem — for many older adults, it’s tied to how the brain manages attention, memory, and decision-making. This session explores the surprising link between ADHD and clutter, including why it often goes unrecognized later in life and how normal aging can intensify lifelong organizational challenges. Participants will leave with practical, judgment-free strategies for creating systems that actually work — even on hard days.
