Description

Transformation masks representing the Echo spirit are examples of cultures artistically depicting the personification of sound reflection, interpreted around the world as mythical spirits calling back from the rocks. When I heard a painted cave speak back to me in the form of an echo, I theorized that beliefs in echo spirits may have been a reason our ancestors risked their lives to make prehistoric cave paintings and canyon petroglyphs. I have personally studied the unusual sound effects at over a thousand prehistoric sites around the world, and will present a summary of my findings.
