This class will focus on the evolution of mystery books, looking at older classic titles as well as new titles. The discussion will include the many varieties of both stand alone and series mysteries: detectives, PI’s, amateur sleuths, and the like (Sue Grafton has 25 titles in her alphabet series alone). Your adventures await!
Retired Poway Librarian, Marcie Yellin, will trace the history of mysteries, looking at older classic titles as well as new titles.
