Designed for the beginner or anyone wishing to brush up on their watercolor skills, this painting class is an artistic learning experience focused on the principles of using watercolors as a medium for creating art. Techniques used are wet on wet, wet on dry and glazing techniques. Step by step demonstrations and exercises allow the students to develop their skills. - PLUS one old used small brush for dipping in masking fluid
- color palette, mini 8 wells (Available from Walmart: Jack Richeson Plastic Slant Palette, 4 X 12 in, 8 Wells)
- plywood, plexiglass, OR very thick cardboard painting board, 12″x 16″ (you can get this at HomeDepot)
- painter’s tape
- pencil and eraser
- spray bottle (optional)
- large plastic cottage cheese/yogurt/sour cream container for water
