Description

Reap the benefits of yoga! We’ll bring breath and movement together to increase flexibility and mobility, improve posture and reduce stress. Class includes chair & standing poses. Modifications will be offered.  Please bring a yoga mat.

Kathy is certified in personal training through the American Council on Exercise, and received her 200-hour yoga certification from YogaFit Training systems.  She has taught fitness since 2005 in gym, corporate and senior living community settings.  When not in the gym, she can be found enjoying the outdoors (especially hiking), gardening, traveling, and connecting with family and friends.
