Description
In these classes, a chair will be utilized as both a prop, and a base for centering. Using a variety of gentle, yet effective seated and chair supported yoga poses, participants can expect to enhance their joint mobility, strength and overall balance. These classes are appropriate for individuals of all fitness levels, and ideal for anyone looking to safely increase muscular strength and stability without having to get down to, and up from the floor–although this practice may improve that ability! Participants will leave feeling more relaxed, centered, and confidently able to enjoy their other daily activities.
